The pair were spotted on a date as part of reality TV show The Only Way Is Essex, which aired on ITV2 last night.
Proving that their romance is definitely hotting up, the 22 year-olds were seen flirting and joking before leaning in for a very public kiss at Bar Blanco in Essex.

Wearing a black and white geometric print dress, Lucy looked radiant as she sported a retro vibe with bouffant hair and 60s make-up.
Meanwhile, Tom opted for a smart black shirt under a leather biker jacket with casual jeans.

The kiss - their first public embrace - was welcomed by viewers and friends alike who have seen the two get increasingly close in the past month.
Originally, their relationship began as a holiday romance in Las Vegas with a rumoured liaison in the back of a limousine, but it seems to be blossoming.
Lucy recently told New! Magazine: ‘Things are actually going well. We've been out a few times and I've cooked for him at my place, so we're enjoying each other.’
Tellingly, the romance has encouraged Lucy to relax her eating habits and allow her body to gain weight - something Tom enjoys.

Lucy told new! magazine this week: 'I've put on weight and it's gone to my bum and boobs. I've gone up a size. I was a 32D and dropped down to a 32B but now I'm a C to D. I like having curves. Tom keeps commenting that my bum's getting bigger in a good way. I'm happy and he's happy.'
This isn’t Lucy’s first romance with a co-star – she has also been engaged to Mario Falcone, as well as dated Dan Osbourne and former cast member Mark Wright in the past.
Meanwhile, Tom has previously dated Abi Clarke, Lauren Pope and ex TOWIE star Lauren Goodger.
